Big Bad Burly - March 9-10

Big Bad Burly is a guys only retreat. What does it mean to be a “man of God?” What does it mean to be a man? Does it mean we like to play sports, video games and we don’t cry? There must be something more. There is more. The most important ingredient is a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. At Big Bad Burly, we will take some time to get away and talk about how a guy can grow in their relationship with the Lord. There are a lot of struggles in our daily life. Let’s get away and spend time with Jesus.

Cost

Cost is $45. All students must have a release waiver from DFW Adventure Park for paintball and a medical waiver from Christ Fellowship.

Dad's are a mere $30 - who can beat that?!

Paintball

We will be paintballing from Saturday morning until 1 pm. Your registration gets you a mask rental, gun rental and your field fee. You will need to buy your own paintballs. 100 paintballs cost $3. You may use up to 400 paintballs during the course of the day. If you have your own gun, the cost of the registration is the same.

Sleeping

We will be sleeping in tents. Please be aware of the weather to make sure you pack a warm sleeping bag or blanket.

Helping

Directions

Take hwy. 121 south and head toward DFW Airport. Follow hwy. 121 to hwy. 114 west and drive 12 mi. west on hwy. 114. Turn right (north) on Cleveland Gibbs Rd. 1/2 mi. on right.
