What I Do:
I greet people calling and coming into the church, help them as much as possible. I prepare the Week at a Glance in your Sunday program; the closed circuit tv's around the building; help proof many of the outgoing communications.

How I Ended Up at Christ Fellowship:
I come from a new age background and was looking for a church that believed in the Universal Consciousness. After visiting almost every church in McKinney, I got a mailer from Christ Fellowship, went to service the next Sunday, walked in and told my son "the air is full of positive energy." Little did I know at that time, it was the Holy Spirit that I was experiencing. I never turned back! Thank You Jesus!!
Before Christ Fellowship:
I was a heathen and did all the things that heathens do.
How I Met Jesus:
Years before I came to know Jesus, in a dream I saw Him on the ocean floor and He was calling me. I dove into the water and swam as hard and as fast as I could, knowing that I would die but I didn't care. I began inhaling water but continued swimming. Right before I got to Jesus, I woke up. I knew this was an awesome dream and I knew it was Jesus, but I never understood Who He really was until I had a Damascus Road experience & the scales literally fell from my eyes while listening to Daniel Holle read scripture in my Discovery I class that Mike Stewart taught. This was about 1997 or 1998. I was baptized soon after. Thank You LORD!
Favorite Bible Verse:
At the moment, my favorite is Psalm 18:28 “You, oh LORD, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light."
Hobbies:
Going on adventures w/my friend Dee Ann, running my dogs in the early morning hours and seeing my beloved son, Derek, grow into a wonderful man!
