What I Do:
Assist the Children's Pastor, database "Power User", manage Promiseland volunteer events, baby dedications and some communications.
What I Love About Christ Fellowship:
I love the study series we do because we really learn about and explore the Word. I love how we are challenged to grow in our relationship with Christ; not just sit in on Sundays and get fed. I love the people here!
How I Ended Up at Christ Fellowship:
After trying several churches in the area, we chose Christ Fellowship for the great children's program and we liked Bruce's teaching.
Before Christ Fellowship:
I was a stay-at-home mom for 7 years caring for my two boys before coming here to work in Promisland.
How I Met Jesus:
When I was a little girl my grandmother told me about Jesus and his all consuming love for me. It got me through a difficult childhood. I accepted Him as my Lord and Savior at a church camp when I was 13.
Favorite Bible Verse:
Lamentations 3:22-23 "Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning..."
Hobbies:
Reading, hanging with my kids and hubby, scrapbooking, watching tv/movies
Random Fun Fact:
One of my favorite experiences was singing and dancing in a high school production of "Guys and Dolls".
