Sexuality | Guided by the Word
Sermon Series Oct. 19–Nov. 16
Sexuality is one of the most widely debated topics today. But as Christians we must ask, what is God’s view of sexuality?
So yes, we’re going there — we’re going to talk about sexuality. In this series we’re going to discuss issues that may make us uncomfortable. Our study may challenge our desires and long-held views, but because we want to live out what we say we believe and are called to represent Christ to our world, we have to wrestle with these issues; and because we are people guided by the Word, we’re going to the Bible for answers.
The Bible will help us understand God’s design for sexuality, but we want to come away with more than a set of principles. The Holy Spirit uses God’s Word to transform our hearts. Our prayer is that through this series, we may grow closer to Jesus, reflecting both his purity and compassion. Pray that we will be people who receive, live out and represent his amazing grace and his timeless truth. At Christ Fellowship we are all about Jesus.
